My professional fitness career started in 1999. As an avid golfer and exercise enthusiast, focusing on golf fitness is my passion. Is it possible to improve your golf game by working on your physical fitness? If so, where do we start? I believe identifying your movement limitations and opportunities, we can begin to improve your fitness level and improve your golf performance. My golf fitness program is designed to address your body movements and functional deficiencies, and begin to increase your strength and power for an improved golf game.  My aim is to help you identify your goals, design an program which fits your needs and guide you through every exercise and every workout. My approach is specific to each individual and will help you bring your fitness and golf game to the next level.
