My professional fitness journey began in 1999.  As an avid golfer myself, with a passion for exercise, golf fitness combines my two passions in life.  Is it possible to improve your golf game by working on your physical fitness?  If so, where do we start?  I believe identifying your movement limitations and opportunities, we can begin to improve your fitness level and help bring your golf game to a higher level.  My golf fitness program is designed to address your body movements and functional deficiencies, and begin to improve strength and power for an improved golf game.  My aim is to help you identify your goals, design an program which fits your needs and guide you through every exercise, every workout. My approach is specific to each individual and will help you bring your fitness level and your golf game to the next level.
